Khor Chuan Meng
Manging Director
Khor Chuan Meng is our Managing Director, appointed to the Board on 23 November 2023. He oversees the Group’s strategic development, business direction, tendering processes, pricing strategies, and client relationships while ensuring strong ties with suppliers and subcontractors.
Khor began his career in 2001 as a Technician Trainee at Kurihara Kogyo Co. Ltd. in Singapore, later advancing to Senior Technician and Project Coordinator at Kwee Hong Letrik Sdn Bhd, where he contributed to electrical engineering projects, including those in the UAE. Certified as a competent wireman (PW4) in 2006 and holding a Certificate of Qualified Person in grid-connected photovoltaic systems since 2022, he has demonstrated expertise in electrical and renewable energy systems.
Joining Savelite in 2011 as Managing Director, Khor continues to lead with a focus on strategic growth and operational excellence.
Chu Kerd Yee
Executive Director
Chu Kerd Yee, is our Executive Director, appointed to the Board on 23 November 2023. He oversees the Group’s business development plans, strategies, and sales and marketing activities, driving growth and market presence.
Chu began his career in 1992 as a Supervisor at UTEC Trading Sdn Bhd, later advancing to Manager in charge of sales and marketing. He co-founded Kejuruteraan U-Teknik Sdn Bhd and U-Teknik Trading, where he played a pivotal role in managing operations and marketing switchboard products.
Joining our Group in 2015 as Business Development Advisor, Chu supported the development of strategies under Managing Director Khor Chuan Meng. Promoted to Business Development and Strategies Director in 2017 and Executive Director in 2020, he continues to lead with expertise in business strategy and marketing, contributing significantly to the Group’s success.
Teo Chee Teong
Chief Executive Officer
Teo Chee Teong is our Chief Executive Officer, he holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Business Administration from the University of Abertay Dundee, Scotland (2002). He began his career in sales and marketing with Yan Jin (M) Sdn Bhd before moving on to roles at Galantprise Sdn Bhd and Kurnia Insurans (M) Bhd.
He joined AIG Malaysia Insurance Berhad in 2006, where he advanced from Sales Manager to Regional Manager – Assistant Vice President, overseeing operations across the northern region of Peninsular Malaysia until 2018.That same year, he incorporated Qian Yik Enterprise (M) Sdn Bhd, a manufacturer of wooden pine pallet, packaging cases, crates, where he led operations and strategic planning as General Manager cum Business Division Director. He ceased active involvement in 2020 but remains a shareholder.
In March 2020, Mr. Teo joined Savelite as General Manager and was promoted to Chief Executive Officer in June 2022, where he now oversees daily operations and leads the Group’s growth strategies.
Fong Weng Keong
Chief Financial Officer
Fong Weng Keong is our Chief Financial Officer, he oversees the ES Sunlogy’s accounting and financial functions. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology from the University of Udaipur, India in 1978 and became a Chartered Accountant with The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1985. He has been a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) since 1987.
He began his career with Coopers & Lybrand as a Senior Audit Supervisor before holding senior finance roles at Olinco (M) Sdn Bhd, Latexx Partners Berhad, and Taiping Super Berhad (now G Capital Berhad).
In 1999, he became Managing Partner of Prostyle Management Services, providing accounting and taxation services. He later served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of KBES Berhad (now One Glove Group Berhad), before joining MTK Steel Sdn Bhd as Financial Controller in 2016.
In March 2022, Mr. Fong joined the Group as the Chief Financial Officer.
Ng Choong Jian
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Ng Choong Jian was promoted to Chief Operating Officer of ES Sunlogy in January 2026. In his current role, he is primarily responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership, overseeing project execution and operational management, driving people and performance management initiatives, and ensuring the effective implementation and delivery of the Group’s projects and business objectives.
He holds a BTEC Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Penang Skills Development Centre, which he obtained in 2009.
Mr. Ng began his career in 2012 with Temp Technology Sdn Bhd as a Project Engineer, where he gained extensive experience in the mechanical and electrical engineering industry. During his tenure, he was actively involved in tendering, project planning, installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems for commercial buildings and industrial facilities.
In September 2016, he joined Savelite Engineering Sdn Bhd as a Senior Project Engineer, where he was responsible for overseeing M&E projects, installations, and overall project execution. In recognition of his strong leadership and project management capabilities, he was promoted to Project Manager in 2018, assuming responsibility for projects across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, while progressively expanding his portfolio to include resource planning, team coordination, and operational management.
In 2022, he was further promoted to Senior Project Manager, and subsequently appointed as Head of Operations Division (KL) in June 2024. Throughout his career, Mr. Ng has demonstrated strong technical expertise, operational leadership, and a proven track record in successfully delivering large-scale M&E and infrastructure projects.
Khoor Sok Yin
Head of Business Division
Khoor Sok Yin is our Head of Business Division, she is responsible for overseeing human resource, administrative, and IT matters for the Group. She graduated with an Internal Diploma in Applied Information Technology from the Institute of Perkim-Goon, Pulau Pinang in 2002. She also holds a Technical Diploma in Information Processing from The City and Guilds of London Institute in 2003,and a Diploma in Accounting from LCCI International Qualifications in 2023.
She began her career in 2003 with EM Furniture Sdn Bhd as a Graphic Clerk, designing furniture and creating assembly manuals. In 2006, she joined Mint Advance Management Sdn Bhd as an Account Assistant, handling financial reports, taxation, and payroll.
In 2011, she joined Savelite as an Account Clerk and progressively expanded her role to include HR and administrative duties. She was promoted to Head of Business Division in June 2022.

Mr. Ng Choong Jian is the Head of Operations Division (KL) of ES Sunlogy, where he is primarily responsible for operations management, project management, and the implementation of the Group’s projects.
He holds a BTEC Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Penang Skills Development Centre, which he obtained in 2009.
Mr. Ng began his career in 2012 with Temp Technology Sdn Bhd as a Project Engineer, gaining experience in the field of mechanical and electrical engineering. He was involved in tendering, planning, installation, and commissioning of M&E systems for commercial buildings and factories.
In September 2016, he joined Savelite as a Senior Project Engineer, where he oversees M&E projects, installations, and overall project execution. In 2018, he was promoted to Project Manager, taking charge of projects in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor regions while progressively expanding his responsibilities to include resource planning and management. In 2022 , he was promoted to Senior Project Manager, and subsequently as Head of Operations Division (KL) in June 2024.
